Please help, My month old son throws up everything?

When he was first born he was on simulac and he couldnt hold it down he threw up all the time, Than we went to the ER and they said the lid on the bottle was to tight and to burp him better..So we switch him to good start the orange can and he was doing fine on it for awhile but now for the past few days everytime he eats anything he throws it all up and it comes out of his noise and everything..He even chokes on it sometimes…So we switched to soy milk good start and he still done th same thing, He can’t hold anything down…He is not running a fever and his DR appoinment isn’t till monday….So is there any advice on what I can feed him?

I’m not a doctor, but that sounds a lot like acid reflux to me, especially with it coming out of his nose like that. My daughter has acid reflux, it’s miserable. Try holding him vertical against your shoulder for 20-30 minutes after he eats, if he has acid reflux that will help. Also you might want to put him to sleep in a swing or a carseat for a while. They get less acid in their throats when they’re elevated. When my daughter was really tiny gripewater and mylicon seemed to be soothing too. Also try softly rubbing his tummy in clockwise circles to help relieve any abdominal pain and help him digest his food. You should feed him really slowly. An ounce or so at a time, it will help keep him more comfortable. Lastly beware of constipation, it makes acid reflux much worse. Formula seems to be more constipating than breastmilk so look for a formula that is easy to digest and for sensitive or fussy babies. Good luck!
